Pillars – 4.5 Hrs Live, 3 Hours Virtually (Everyone)
Customers are at the heart of our success. Pillars introduces the concept of what it means to be ONEATL and how it influences how we treat our guests as they navigate Hartsfield-Jackson. Participants explore through discussion and activities what exceptional service is based on the A.M.A.Z.E. principle.
Americans with Disability Act (ADA) – 90 Minutes (Everyone)
Our mission is to provide a safe, enjoyable travel experience and equal access for guests and passengers with disabilities and/or special needs at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Participants will learn how to interact with those that have disabilities as well as what assistance the airport and stakeholders must provide our guests.
HR Manager access only for Pillars and ADA courses. Contact your intermediate supervisor to register.
